GROUP LIFE PLANS

Group life plans can be offered as part of the health plan benefit or a stand-alone option, like with a disabilit add-on benefit.

As with all group plans, we will need to know key information for the group to begin the quoting process.  At a minimum this would need to include the following:

  • The number of employees to be covered and the number of people employed in your company
  • A basic list of employees showing their age, gender, job title and nationality if an international company quote 
  • The nature of your business (for example, CAR REPAIR GARAGE)
  • Where your business is located physically and where the head office is located
  • If you have a current life plan in place and with which carrier and for how long
